HIROCOLEDGE is a project which seeks to bring about a fusion of art and fashion, led by Hiroko Takahashi who is based in Tokyo. Hiroko’s work is characterized by patterns consisting of only circles and straight lines. She develops her products based on the idea of ‘practical’ craftsmanship that has underpinned the development of simple and functional craft and tools in Japan for centuries.

 

高橋理子による、アートとファッションの融合を目指すプロジェクト。円と直線のみで構成される大胆なグラフィックが特徴。日本に古くから存在するシンプルで機能的な工芸品や道具、また、それを支えてきた合理的なもの作りの考えに基づいたコレクションを展開している。
